Refund policy


We strive to provide you with high-quality handmade products, but we understand that issues may arise, however due to our products being handmade, all sales are final and non-refundable. 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return, replacement or refund. 

Conditions for Returns: 

  1. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  2. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before a return.
  3. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or tags.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery to report the issue and request a return authorization.
  2. Ship the item(s) back to us within 3 days of receiving return authorization.

Refunds or Replacements:

Upon receiving the refund item, we will inspect to verify the defect or damage. Depending on your preference and product availability, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Shipping:

If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please follow our instructions for return shipping to ensure a smooth process.
